Can I use a Feature Code more than once?
No, you cannot use a Feature Code more than once.
My Feature Code doesn't work.
If your Feature Code doesn't work, please be sure you are typing it in correctly.
If you get a message that says the code is retired, it will no longer work.
If you get a message that says the code does not exist, then it cannot be used.
Is a Feature Code the thing you get with your Webkinz plush toy?
No, you get a Secret Code with your Webkinz plush toy. You get a Feature Code with certain Webkinz Plus products. You cannot enter a Secret Code in the Code Shop or a Feature Code in the Adoption Center.
How do I get an item I've unlocked?
The items you've unlocked will be added directly to your dock.
