- You can get a Feature Code from certain Webkinz Plus products (look for the plus sign on the product).

- How do I use a Feature Code?
- To use a Feature Code, go to the Code Shop and type it in the box.
- Click "unlock" to see what you unlocked.
- What kind of stuff can you get from a Feature Code?
- You can get features such as:
- Special items
- Special features to use in Webkinz World
- To find out more, please check out the Code Catalogue in the Code Shop.
- Can I use a Feature Code more than once?
- No, you cannot use a Feature Code more than once.
- My Feature Code doesn't work.
- If your Feature Code doesn't work, please be sure you are typing it in correctly.
- If you get a message that says the code is retired, it will no longer work.
- If you get a message that says the code does not exist, then it cannot be used.
- Is a Feature Code the thing you get with your Webkinz plush toy?
- No, you get a Secret Code with your Webkinz plush toy. You get a Feature Code with certain Webkinz Plus products. You cannot enter a Secret Code in the Code Shop or a Feature Code in the Adoption Center.
- How do I get an item I've unlocked?
- The items you've unlocked will be added directly to your dock.
